Chen Naideng, born in March 1944 in Ruian, Zhejiang Province, is a Han Chinese. He was formerly a member of the Ruian City Poetry and Couplet Association, a researcher at the China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Vice Chairman of the Third Presidium of the China Art Association, Vice Chairman of the China National Fine Arts Association, and honored as a Contemporary Art Master of China. He has received six prestigious awards: Outstanding Figure in Contemporary Chinese Art; Grandmaster of Contemporary Chinese Art; Master of Chinese Literature; Most Collectible Artist of Contemporary Times; National First-Class Calligrapher; and Contemporary Golden Brush Master. In 2022, he was awarded the Special Gold Award for the Year of the Tiger during the Spring Festival. His publications include "Return to Agriculture Collection" Volume I, "My Memories", "Hundred Handwritten Poems from Return to Agriculture Studio", and "Chen Ying’s Poetry and Calligraphy Collection". His works have been featured in renowned publications such as Chinese Legends, Classics of Sinology, Masterpieces of the World, and New China Art Achievements. His market price ranges from 68,000 to 98,000 yuan per square foot.
